We’re seeking an exceptional leader to oversee our Pediatric Emergency Services department. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled clinicians in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for the Pediatric Emergency Department, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative teams.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to meet quality, safety, and patient satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of recent acute care Pediatric Emergency Department management experience (Adult ER management experience will be considered).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
