Compensation: $25-$27/hour + up to 15-20% overtime expectation yearly.Employees often earn 1.5x their base pay with overtime pay.
Location: This position is onsite in Harbor Island, Seattle, Washington.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a team to perform maintenance and refurbishment on marine equipment and systems, with a specific emphasis on engine cylinder head restoration.
- Validate dimensions and tolerances to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Execute examinations and assessments according to stringent Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) criteria.
- Interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation to establish assembly methods and sequences.
- Scrutinize, evaluate, document calibration outcomes, and generate Service and Technical Reports.
- Communicate project advancements and challenges to the immediate supervisor.
- Uphold adherence to pertinent legal requirements and Company guidelines, including Health & Safety protocols, for all tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Technical Proficiency - Open to ongoing education and internal training.
- Familiarity with various products, systems, their functions, and applications, acquired through prior technical experience.
- Effective verbal communication and written reporting abilities in the English language.
- Fundamental IT skills.
- Strong technical aptitude, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a robust commitment to continuous learning.
- Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
- Availability for 24-hour Service Support duty, including weekends and holidays.
