What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues (water heaters, toilets, faucets, leaks, water lines, drains, repipes, etc.)
- Provide honest, transparent communication with homeowners
- Educate customers about their options and offer proactive solutions
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and respect in every home
- Keep accurate documentation and work closely with dispatch and office support
What We’re Looking For
- Washington State PL01 or PL02 license
- 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with tankless water heaters and water line repair is a big plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends when needed
- High integrity and commitment to doing the right thing for customers
