Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver routine and urgent dental care including exams, fillings, extractions, dentures, cleanings, and root canals
• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on oral health and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate dental records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Oversee dental program operations, including supervising staff
• Coordinate with medical teams and outside providers as needed
• Maintain inventory of dental supplies and ensure a clean, safe clinic environment
• Participate in emergency response and on-call duties
• Support compliance with safety, infection control, and security protocols

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental school
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Kansas
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
