Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Minimum 1 year of Internal Medicine experience required
• Inpatient rehab experience preferred but not required
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license
• Active DEA registration with prescriptive authority in Indiana
