Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (FP or IM) – Los Alamos, NM

Job Duties:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) and partnering physicians

Compensation & Benefits:

• Productivity-based, fee-for-service model
• Estimated annual compensation: $94,000 – $164,000 (no cap on income potential)

Candidate Requirements:

• FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
• Active New Mexico NP or PA license
• DEA license preferred but not required
• Experience in post-acute, outpatient, urgent care, primary care, home care, or inpatient settings preferred
