Heart Failure ICU Nurse Practitioner – Houston, TX

Opportunity Highlights

• Full-time night shift position (12-hour shifts: 7pm–7am)

Candidate Requirements

• AGACNP certification required
• Current Texas APRN license (or eligibility)
• Minimum 2–3 years of RN or NP experience in a critical care setting
• Strongly prefer candidates with experience in:
  • Heart failure and cardiac ICU
  • Post-transplant, CV recovery, LVAD, and ECMO
• Open to new AGACNPs only if they have 2–3 years of ICU RN experience with relevant cardiac/cardiovascular populations.   Will train on Devices.
• Must be willing to work nights, rotating weekends, and holidays

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation - $135,000 - $148,000 with shift differentials
