The primary objective of this role is to support, maintain, and enhance the Workday HCM system, ensuring data integrity, effective system utilization, and ongoing process improvement. Our ideal candidate has deep Workday configuration experience and a strong understanding of HR systems and reporting, with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical business solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and administration of Workday HCM, including Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Timekeeping
  • Recommend and implement process improvements and innovative solutions across Workday modules
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve data errors, system issues, security, and integration concerns
  • Support the ongoing configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Workday enhancements, releases, and upgrades
  • Manage Workday data uploads (EIB), system testing, and documentation of changes
  • Participate in compensation modeling and forecasting related to HR, compensation, and benefits programs
  • Maintain and develop inbound/outbound Workday integrations with third-party vendors (e.g., payroll and benefits)
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training for HR, managers, and employees on new system functionalities
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and hubs to support business decisions and ad hoc needs
  • Develop and execute test and project plans for new functionality and upgrades
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to internal stakeholders
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with HRIS systems, including Workday configuration and support
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday domains, data structures, and reporting in HCM, Compensation, Talent, Benefits, and Payroll
  • Prior experience working in HR or supporting HR teams preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts)
  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Workday Pro certification(s) a plus
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and committed to delivering results


Salary Range: $100,000–$120,000

Work Environment: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
