Lead with purpose. Build with pride.

We’re partnering with a respected stone industry leader, premier provider, and leading manufacturer of custom stone kitchen & bath products for residential & commercial projects who believes in teamwork, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.

They are seeking a Field Technician Supervisor to oversee field operations for countertop installation and templating teams in the Harrisburg area. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on developing people, improving processes, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

If you love coaching teams, solving problems, and leading from the field, this role gives you the opportunity to make a real impact every day.

What You’ll Do

As the Field Technician Supervisor, you’ll guide a skilled team of field technicians who bring projects to life. You’ll focus on leadership, safety, communication, and quality — ensuring every job is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard.

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee all install and template operations, ensuring field work meets company and customer expectations.
  • Set clear goals, provide coaching, and complete regular evaluations for field team members.
  • Train and mentor technicians, supporting professional growth and career development.
  • Build a positive, collaborative team culture that encourages accountability and teamwork.
  • Communicate priorities and updates clearly across departments to maintain smooth scheduling and workflow.
  • Assist with routing, scheduling, and coordination to ensure on-time completion of all jobs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve field processes, safety, and efficiency.
  • Promote and enforce safety standards and ensure all team members adhere to OSHA and company requirements.
  • Perform installation, service, or repair tasks as needed to support your team.
  • Lead weekly field meetings to align goals, share updates, and keep communication strong.

What You Bring

You’re a people-focused leader who knows how to balance quality, efficiency, and team morale. You understand the importance of doing the job right — and helping others grow in the process.

You’ll succeed in this role if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience in the stone, construction, or home improvement industry.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills — you can motivate, direct, and support your team while keeping operations running smoothly.
  • Ability to analyze workflow, scheduling, and resource needs to improve efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and other communication or reporting platforms.
  • A valid driver’s license and current DOT medical card.
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and creating a positive experience for both employees and customers.

The Work

This is an active, field-based position — about 80% of your time will be spent at job sites and 20% in the office for scheduling, reporting, and process coordination.

Physical requirements include:

  • Lifting and maneuvering materials over 100 lbs. with proper technique and equipment.
  • Working on your feet, including bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting throughout the day.
  • Driving between job sites and working in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Wearing required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, etc.).

Why You’ll Love It

You’ll join a company that values craftsmanship, integrity, and teamwork. Here, leadership means more than oversight — it means coaching, support, and setting others up for success. You’ll play a key role in building a culture that prioritizes safety, quality, and growth.

If you’re a hands-on leader ready to build relationships, strengthen processes, and elevate performance — we want to meet you. Apply TODAY!
