This opportunity sits within their Commercial Division which partners with general contractors, property managers, municipalities, and facility teams to design, install, and maintain access control and automated gate systems for commercial and industrial clients.

THE JOB:

As an Outside Sales Executive, you will drive growth in Southern California, primarily throughout Orange County and San Diego. This involves a proactive sales hunter mentality, developing and managing commercial business development.


Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will sell in the field and remotely with hands-on training to set you up for success. Day-to-day, you would collaborate closely with construction teams, general contractors, project managers, building owners, and other security professionals. On a day-to-day basis, you will have the ability to create your own schedule to meet your clients’ needs.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a territory manager in Southern California with experience in security product sales.


THE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of perimeter security or related products/industries (CCTV, security gate systems, security automation, access control systems, parking systems, etc.)
  • Must have territory/outside/field/area/regional sales experience. 3+ years of sales exp required
  • Past ability to build relationships with high-net-worth customers, comfortable maintaining client confidentiality/operating under NDA environments
  • Experience working with general contractors, facilities managers, or commercial property teams
  • Must be located in Orange County, CA or San Diego, CA able to travel to visit customers
