Our client is a Phoenix-based media and digital marketing organization that helps businesses reach customers through digital advertising, traditional media, and campaign strategy.

THE JOB

Our client is hiring an Account Manager to support sales leadership, key client accounts, and internal fulfillment teams. This person will coordinate campaign execution, client communication, reporting, QA, campaign pacing, and performance recaps.

This is an on-site role in Downtown Phoenix.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate campaign launches, timelines, deliverables, and client communication
• Serve as a point of contact between clients, sales, and fulfillment teams
• Support campaign trafficking, QA, creative coordination, pixel implementation, and conversion tracking
• Monitor campaign pacing and performance
• Prepare reports, campaign recaps, and performance summaries
• Participate in client performance calls
• Help identify campaign improvements and escalate issues as needed
• Support retention and upsell opportunities on key accounts

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidates will bring:

• 2+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, media, advertising, campaign coordination, or client success
• Strong client communication and internal coordination skills
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Familiarity with digital campaign reporting, tracking, and optimization
• Helpful experience includes Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, WordPress, programmatic advertising, display, SEO, OTT/CTV, pixel implementation, and campaign trafficking.
