THE JOB:
We’re hiring a Renewal Account Manager to join a growing team focused on customer retention, subscription renewals, and long-term client success.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and driving results. You’ll play a key role in protecting revenue, reducing churn, and ensuring customers continue to see value from our solutions.
CORE RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers with a focus on retention and renewals
- Proactively engage customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term success
- Handle inbound cancellation requests and work to retain at-risk accounts
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, etc.) to strengthen relationships and reinforce value
- Identify customer needs and collaborate internally to resolve issues quickly
- Partner with account management and support teams to deliver a seamless experience
- Spot opportunities for upsell and cross-sell and route accordingly
- Maintain accurate records and track activity within CRM systems
- Contribute to retention campaigns and continuous improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in customer retention, account management, customer success, or sales
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally

- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to track performance and use metrics to improve
- MUST Reside in or near Phoenix, Scottsdale Arizona -In Office Full Time
BENEFITS:
- Base Salary: $50,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000
