THE JOB
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and selling payroll and HR technology solutions to small businesses.
This is a highly active inside-sales role focused on outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, virtual sales meetings, and new-business development. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative office environment while managing outbound sales activity and building relationships with business owners.
This role is best suited for candidates who enjoy fast-paced sales environments, phone-based prospecting, and KPI-driven sales execution.
