THE JOB

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving new business growth within an assigned territory. This is a true outside sales role focused on prospecting, cold calling, qualifying opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and closing new customer accounts.

You will report to a Regional Sales Manager who will provide training, coaching, and support throughout a structured 13-week onboarding program. After training, you will be expected to actively build your pipeline, manage your Salesforce funnel, meet weekly sales goals, and help grow revenue for your assigned branch.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Outside sales experience preferred
  • Two years of sales experience or a college degree preferred
  • Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and building new business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
  • Strong time management and territory management skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to travel daily within an assigned territory
  • Comfortable working with customers in office, industrial, service, and commercial environments
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment


THE BENEFITS

  • Base salary of $42,000–$45,000
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Expected earnings around $100,000 for reps achieving standard weekly quotas
  • Top 25% of Sales Consultants earn more than $125,000
  • Top 10% earn more than $150,000
