THE ROLE
The Sales Consultant is responsible for generating new business within an assigned territory. This is a true outside sales position focused on prospecting, cold calling, qualifying opportunities, delivering customized solutions, and securing new customer accounts.
You will report directly to a Regional Sales Manager who will provide ongoing coaching, training, and support through a structured 13-week onboarding program. Following training, you will be expected to build and manage a strong sales pipeline, maintain your Salesforce funnel, achieve weekly sales objectives, and contribute to revenue growth for your branch.

THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous outside sales experience preferred
- Two years of sales experience or a college degree preferred
- Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and generating new business opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Effective time management and territory planning abilities
- Experience using CRM platforms, including Salesforce, preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel daily throughout an assigned territory
- Comfortable interacting with customers in office, industrial, service, and commercial settings
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds when necessary
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
THE BENEFITS
- Base salary of $42,000–$45,000
- Uncapped commission plan
- Typical earnings of approximately $100,000 for representatives meeting standard weekly quotas
