THE JOB
Our client is hiring a District Sales Manager for the SMB market in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a frontline sales leadership role responsible for leading outside sales representatives who sell payroll, HR, benefits, compliance, and related employer services to small and mid-sized businesses.
The right candidate will be hands-on, field-oriented, and highly comfortable leading in a new-business sales environment. This person will coach reps in the field, conduct ride-alongs, inspect activity, improve pipeline discipline, reinforce prospecting expectations, develop talent, and create a culture of accountability.
This is not a passive account management environment. The right leader will be comfortable working closely with sales reps, reviewing activity and pipeline, helping reps improve execution, and driving consistent new-business performance in the Tulsa market.

THE BENEFITS
Base Salary - 110k-140k depending on Market
Bonuses: 40k - 60k
RSUs - 15k
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA options, 401(k), discretionary unlimited time off, cell phone stipend eligibility, and additional company recognition / sales achievement opportunities. Benefits begin the first of the month following the start date. There is no car allowance for leadership roles.
