THE JOB

Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a Mid-Market HCM sales team in the San Antonio market.

This is a frontline field leadership role responsible for coaching, developing, and driving performance across a team of outside sales representatives. The ideal candidate is highly engaged in the field, understands how to lead new-business sellers, and brings strong accountability around prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, and execution.

This leader will spend meaningful time coaching reps in live selling environments, conducting ride-alongs, inspecting activity metrics, and helping drive consistent revenue growth across the district.

The environment is highly performance-oriented and best suited for leaders who thrive in fast-paced, outbound sales cultures.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Haves

  • Experience leading outside B2B sales teams
  • Strong new-business sales leadership background
  • Experience coaching field sales reps directly
  • Pipeline inspection and prospecting accountability experience
  • Ability to drive high-activity sales cultures
  • Strong communication and leadership presence
  • Ability to live and work in the San Antonio market

THE BENEFITS

  • Target bonus opportunity: approximately $55K–$75K
