Multifamily Restoration Sales Representative

Location: Denver, CO (Field-Based Role)

Work Setting: Outside sales role with client site visits, networking events, and limited office work

Travel: Local travel within the Denver Metro area

Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 base salary + uncapped commission + profit sharing


Position Overview

Join a market leader in emergency services, environmental services, and construction solutions, serving apartment property management companies and individual apartment owners throughout Denver. This company is known for delivering high-quality restoration and construction solutions, helping property owners and managers maintain and protect their assets. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing key relationships, and representing the company at industry events. You’ll proactively prospect, set meetings, and build partnerships with property managers, regional managers, community managers, asset managers, and risk managers. What You Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Strong hunter mentality – proactive in prospecting, networking, and driving new business.
  • Excellent relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the leadership team.
  • Comfortable using CRM and sales tracking tools.


Preferred:

  • Background in construction, restoration, insurance services, or related industries.
  • Experience selling to property managers, asset managers, or risk managers.
  • Former athletes or team-oriented professionals tend to excel in this role.


What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and schedule meetings with property management companies and apartment owners to drive new business.
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients, referral sources, and industry contacts to support sales growth.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate project requirements to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Track and report sales pipeline progress to maximize high-value opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assist with project scope development, estimating, and proposal creation.
  • Attend and actively participate in trade associations, networking events, and industry committees.
  • Provide insights on market trends and competitive intelligence to help shape sales strategies.
  • Support marketing efforts, ensuring consistent and targeted messaging across campaigns.
