Commercial Restoration Sales Representative

Location: Denver, CO (Field-Based Role)

Work Setting: Outside sales role with client site visits, networking events, and limited office work

Travel: Local travel within the Denver Metro area

Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 base salary + uncapped commission + profit sharing

Join a market leader in commercial restoration services, specializing in disaster recovery, environmental services, and property restoration for office buildings, healthcare facilities, retirement communities, hotels, and hospitality properties. This company is known for its rapid response, high-quality service, and ability to restore properties to pre-loss conditions. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with property managers, asset managers, and risk managers in commercial real estate. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities, driving new business, and providing restoration solutions tailored to each client’s needs. What You Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Strong hunter mentality – proactive in prospecting, networking, and driving new business.
  • Excellent relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the leadership team.
  • Comfortable using CRM and sales tracking tools.


Preferred:

  • Background in construction, restoration, insurance services, or related industries.
  • Experience selling to property managers, asset managers, or risk managers in commercial real estate.
  • Former athletes or team-oriented professionals tend to excel in this role.


What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and establish new business relationships with property managers, asset managers, and risk managers.
  • Promote commercial restoration services, including disaster recovery, emergency response, and property repair solutions.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored service solutions.
  • Provide accurate reporting on sales pipeline to maximize high-value opportunities.
  • Attend and actively participate in trade associations, networking events, and industry committees.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales tools and targeted outreach strategies.
