Estavillo Law Group is excited to find our next Senior Associate Attorney! The Estavillo Law Group team is a rapidly growing Real Estate Litigation law firm with offices in Oakland, California and Newport Beach, California. We are looking for an attorney to join the team in our Newport Beach office on a hybrid schedule.

As our next Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with an experienced legal team covering all areas of Real Estate and Foreclosure Litigation. Our cases

range from fighting to save our client’s home from the bank foreclosing on it, to negotiating neighbor disputes, to executing multimillion dollar commercial contracts, and

everything in between.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel and communicate with clients
• Attend remote and In-person court appearances
• Conduct mediations, depositions, and arbitrations
• Perform legal research and writing
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, judgments, etc
• Maintain billable hours requirements

We are offering this as a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in our office located in Newport Beach.

• Staring Salary: $175,000 (depends on experience)

Requirements:

• Active License to Practice Law in the state of California
• Minimum of 5 years litigation experience
• Minimum of 1 year Real Estate Law experience
