Law Firm Administrator
Location: New Jersey (Fully in-office)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Starting rate at $75,000, could be higher depending on experience.

About the Role
We are seeking a confident, experienced Law Firm Administrator to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This critical leadership role requires someone who can seamlessly blend operational excellence with compassionate, people-centered leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse administrative and legal support team
- Oversee HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and compliance

Manage financial operations such as A/R, trust accounting, budgeting, vendor management, and expense oversight
- Analyze and improve processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency and service delivery
- Act as a strategic partner to firm leadership in planning and implementing business growth initiatives
- Uphold and model our firm’s core values in every aspect of management and decision-making
Non-Negotiable Requirements

Legal industry knowledge (prior experience working in or managing within a law firm setting)

Strong background in human resources, including employee relations and compliance

Proven track record in staff leadership and management

Solid financial management skills (budgeting, reporting, operational oversight)

Demonstrated experience in process improvement and systems thinking
