District Partners is partnering with a PE-backed healthcare SaaS organization to identify a Director, Finance & Business Unit FP&A to serve as the senior finance leader for a ~$150M healthcare data and software business.

This is not a traditional FP&A reporting role. This position operates as a true Business Unit CFO, acting as the primary financial partner to the Business Unit President and helping drive strategy, growth, and operating rigor during the next phase of scale.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the lead financial partner to the Business Unit President
• Own the business unit P&L, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Shift the organization from historical reporting to proactive, decision-oriented insight
• Support pricing, product, investment, and growth decisions
• Lead monthly business reviews with clear insights and recommendations
• Partner with centralized finance while maintaining business-unit clarity
• Manage and develop a small FP&A team (2 direct reports)

What You'll Have:

• Strong finance leader ready for Director-level ownership
• Experience partnering closely with business operators
• Comfort owning a P&L without directly owning accounting
• Operator mindset with a bias toward action and impact
• Background in SaaS, healthcare data, or tech-enabled services preferred
