District Partners has partnered exclusively with a high-growth, multi-location financial services firm to identify a Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead firmwide efforts to drive measurable growth across both advisor and consumer audiences.

 

This role oversees regional and field marketing, manages the firm’s marketing services portfolio and regional budgets, and serves as the primary marketing partner for transitioning firms, ensuring continuity, strong communication, and sustained growth during onboarding and integration. Reporting to the EVP of Marketing, this leader will collaborate closely with senior leadership to define and execute a data-driven growth strategy supporting advisor acquisition through M&A and investor expansion through integrated regional and national campaigns.

 

The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical leader with deep experience in performance marketing, advisor marketing, and scalable regional execution within a complex, multi-location environment.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the EVP of Marketing to define and execute the firm’s growth marketing strategy across advisor and consumer channels
  • Translate company objectives into clear, measurable goals tied to lead generation, conversion, retention, and wallet share
  • Build and execute integrated marketing plans aligning regional, digital, and national initiatives
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner for transitioning firms, ensuring continuity and sustained growth during onboarding and integration
  • Lead advisor and M&A-related marketing initiatives that strengthen brand reputation and market credibility
  • Maximize the marketing impact of new firm integrations through coordinated PR, email, digital, and social efforts
  • Oversee regional and field marketing teams and local market growth strategies
  • Manage the firm’s marketing services portfolio, budgets, and resource allocation frameworks
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and standardized reporting to drive accountability and performance
  • Leverage analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities and continuously optimize ROI
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing organization
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, PR, Digital, and executive leadership to ensure cohesive, aligned execution
  • Represent Marketing as a strategic partner to advisors and firm leadership during periods of transition and growth

 

What You'll Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success driving multi-channel growth initiatives
  • Experience in financial services required
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead teams through change
  • Proven ability to design and execute growth strategies that translate directly into measurable business outcomes
  • Deep expertise in demand generation, regional and field marketing, and performance-driven execution
  • Strong understanding of advisor and consumer growth models within financial or professional services environments
  • Track record of building, leading, and scaling high-performing marketing teams
  • Demonstrated success managing complex budgets and optimizing resources
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and strategic direction
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leveraging CRM, marketing automation, and digital platforms to drive attribution and ROI
  • Ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on operational leadership
