At District Partners, we work with organizations that expect real expertise — and we represent candidates the same way. We’re a precision search and consulting firm that stays close to our clients, knows the work, and makes sure the roles we bring you are worth your time. When we engage on a project, it’s because the team is strong, the work is meaningful, and the impact is real.
This opportunity checks every box.
We’re supporting a global membership-driven organization that recently rebuilt a heavily customized NetSuite environment and is now rolling out a brand-new associate membership model. They need a Business Analyst who can untangle complexity, collaborate with smart teams across time zones, and bring clarity to the finance and product space.
If you’re the BA people rely on to connect the dots and make things work, this role will fit you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead NetSuite changes across Order to Cash, revenue arrangements, renewals, and finance workflows inside a highly customized environment.
- Turn business needs into precise requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Work daily with finance, product, and distributed development teams to refine and deliver high-impact changes.
- Support UAT, functional testing, defect management, and fast-follow releases as the membership rollout moves forward.
- Keep documentation tight in Confluence and help finance users adopt new workflows with confidence.
- Bring structure and calm to a busy, collaborative, detail-heavy operation.
Why Candidates Like This Role:
- You won’t be stuck writing tickets all day — you’re contributing to real transformation.
- The environment is complex enough to be interesting, structured enough to be manageable.
- The team appreciates BAs who think, challenge politely, ask smart questions, and communicate clearly.
- The work ties directly to revenue, membership experience, and long-term product strategy.
- District Partners is hands-on with the client — you’re supported, not dropped in cold.
