Overview:

An established fast-growing food manufacturing company seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize its warehouse operations. This pivotal role involves managing inventory and maintaining compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the receiving, storage, and shipping of food manufacturing inventory ensuring accurate tracking and streamlined processes.
• Utilize serialized inventory systems to ensure meticulous organization and traceability of inventory.
• Oversee physical organization to support efficient sales, restocking, and compliance standards.
• Ability to create SOPs, enforce safety standards, and drive accountability.
• Ability to support audits and maintain compliance documentation.

Experience:

• Must have experience as a Warehouse Manager in the food manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in managing serialized inventory and maintaining detailed traceability documentation.
• Expertise in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate scheduling and documentation.
• Experience working within FDA / USDA / FSMA regulated environments.
• Strong data accuracy and reporting skills related to inventory.
• Bilingual (preferred)
