People & Development Lead

  • Learning & Development
  • Build development programs that strengthen thinking, collaboration, and leadership
  • Create frameworks for feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement
  • Support managers in developing their teams and navigating growth conversations
  • Performance & Growth Cycles
  • Own performance reviews, goal‑setting, and capability‑building processes
  • Bring clarity to expectations, progression, and development pathways
  • Maintain a healthy rhythm of reflection, alignment, and accountability
  • Culture & Employee Experience
  • Strengthen rituals that keep the team connected, supported, and inspired
  • Design onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success
  • Help maintain a culture rooted in curiosity, humility, and high standards
  • People Operations
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and talent needs
  • Support recruiting for key roles (light but strategic involvement)
  • Maintain people systems, documentation, and processes that keep the organization running smoothly


What Makes You a Great Fit


  • Experience in a small to midsize company where you’ve worn multiple hats
  • Strong grounding in learning & development, coaching, and adult‑growth frameworks
  • Comfortable in environments with high expectations, high autonomy, and high trust
  • Skilled at building structure without adding bureaucracy
