Technical Support Coordinator

Our client is looking for a skilled technical support person who can handle a range of technical issues across software, hardware, and networking, while also being proactive in training, troubleshooting, and improving business processes within a successful company. This position requires someone with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to learn new technologies quickly, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate is organized, process-oriented, and experienced with low-code platforms for system integration
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and improve existing workflows for increased efficiency.
- Set up and manage integrations between platforms and software systems.
- Provide user support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Assist with Microsoft Office troubleshooting, email setups, and general pc basic issues
- Manage phone, Microsoft, Google and other accounts.
- Create support tickets or escalate issues when necessary.
- Handle physical IT tasks such as printers, monitors, and wiring.
- Train staff on optimized workflows and software tools.
- Serve as a liaison for tech support and manage accounts with service providers (e.g., Verizon, Optimum).
- Maintain documentation of repeat issues for a knowledge base.
- Manage Active Directory groups, email permissions, and access control systems.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of workflow and process management, with a structured approach to tasks.
- Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Monday, ClickUp, Pipefy) and software integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot unfamiliar hardware and software efficiently.
- Familiarity with formulas, coding, and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly grasp business requirements and suggest optimized workflows.
- Comfortable providing training on new systems and processes.
- Knowledge of Windows admin functions and general IT experience is a plus.
