A fast-growing back office is seeking a full-time Accounting Manager with strong healthcare facility accounting experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands SNF/Assisted Living financial operations and wants to grow within a leadership-driven, high-performance environment.

Requirements:

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) accounting experience
• Assisted Living facility accounting experience
• Full-time, on-site availability in Five Towns
• Ability to oversee financial operations and accounting processes
• Strong work ethic, ambition, and initiative

Qualifications:

• CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred
• Experience managing healthcare-related financials
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
