Recruiting Operations Associate (Ops-Focused)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94086 (**local candidates- onsite**)
Pay Range: $60-72/hr (Weekly pay + Medical Benefits)
Contract: 3–6-month contract to permanent (based on performance)
Work Model: Full-time On-site M–F (start times 9:00–10:00am)

Role Overview
The Recruiting Operations Associate will own the operations side of recruitment, ensuring smooth infrastructure and pipeline management.
**This is not a full sourcing role—candidates will coordinate vendors, manage ATS systems, and handle referral pipelines. A hands-on, detail-oriented individual who thrives in operations is critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment infrastructure and processes in Lever or similar ATS
- Coordinate vendor submissions, internal referrals, and candidate scheduling
- Maintain and run recruitment pipeline health reports
- Clean up and maintain job descriptions, templates, and stakeholder communications
- Support small-scale sourcing when necessary (10–20%), but primary focus is operations
- Collaborate with team leaders to understand hiring needs and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or talent operations
- Experience working for a small startup tech company and/or fast-paced environment
- ATS mastery, preferably Lever or similar: pipeline management, reporting, workflow optimization, and maintaining data integrity
- Experience to coordinate vendor submissions (manage the vendor resume submissions in ATS system)
- Internal referrals, and candidate scheduling
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience to manage candidate referral submissions; keeping track and organization of outside referrals (referral pipeline management)
- Experience to clean up and maintain job descriptions and templates
- Strong experience with stakeholder communications and team leaders
- Comfortable handling high-volume administrative and operational tasks
- Self-starter with a hands-on attitude; willing to handle operational tasks directly
- Comfortable to support small-scale sourcing when necessary (10–20%), but primary focus is operations
