We are currently in search of a Donation Processing Associate for a Hospital Foundation on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. This is a full-time, temporary position with an anticipated hourly rate between $26-$29/hr commensurate on experience. This role is expected to begin ASAP through mid January 2026.

ORGANIZATION TYPE: Hospital Foundation

LOCATION: 100% On-Site, Upper East Side, Manhattan, NY

POSITION TITLE: Gift Processing Associate

SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

DURATION: Temporary, through January 2026

HOURLY RATE: $26-$29/hour

Is This Your Dream Job? The Gift Processing Associate  will assist the Development Team by managing donor and contribution records, processing gifts, producing timely acknowledgments, and maintaining accurate database and reporting standards.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 1-3 years of development/fundraising database experience
• Familiar with Raiser’s Edge NXT
• Gift processing experience
• Extremely detail oriented
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience crafting acknowledgement letters is a plus
• Ability to perform mail merges in Raiser's Edge is a plus

How You Will Spend Your Day:

• Keeping donor and contribution records up to date and accurate
• Entering and processing gifts in Raiser's Edge and updating donor info when needed
• Preparing and sending out acknowledgment letters and tax receipts
• Staying on top of organized files and pulling contribution reports
• Helping with development projects and day-to-day database tasks as they come up
