We’re looking for a visionary leader to take the helm of our Northfield, MA division, a cornerstone of our business with over 100 employees and deep operational roots in the region. As the Division Manager, you’ll serve as the face of our leadership on the ground — not just running operations, but rallying a team and shaping the future of this site.

 What You’ll Do

  • Own P&L responsibility for the Northfield division, driving safety, profitability, and performance.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse workforce of 100–200 employees across operations, estimating, field crews, and admin.
  • Set strategic and tactical goals to hit revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the site and the company’s executive team.
  • Build and retain high-performing teams through coaching, development, and culture-building.
  • Guide complex civil and infrastructure projects from start to finish.
  • Foster strong relationships with local clients, partners, subcontractors, and public agencies.
  • Drive accountability and alignment across field operations, estimating, and equipment planning.

 You Might Be a Fit If You...

  • Currently hold (or have held) a role such as VP of OperationsRegional ManagerConstruction Executive, or similar.
  • Have 10+ years of leadership experience in civil, infrastructure, commercial GC, or industrial construction.
  • Thrive in autonomous environments and understand the balance of strategic vision and operational grit.
  • Enjoy being in the field, building relationships, and making things happen.
  • Can attract, unify, and retain strong talent, even in challenging or transitional environments.
  • Appreciate rural or small-town life and are comfortable relocating to Western Massachusetts (relocation support provided).
