  • 32+ hour weeks
  • Alt Mon-Thur then Tues-Friday with no evenings
  • 50% of medical coverage paid

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and results-driven Office Manager to join their team. This pivotal role will oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of process and change management, and the skills necessary to drive operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all administrative functions and manage office operations for optimal efficiency across multiple locations.
  • Lead and supervise a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Handle accounts receivable, including billing, collections, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Ensure patient records are maintained in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Coordinate scheduling, patient communications, and office supplies management.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
  • Assist in training new staff and provide ongoing support to the team.
  • Manage payroll and ensure financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with upper management to meet business goals and improve office performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure financial and operational success.
  • Oversee P&L management and drive financial performance.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of dental management experience
  • Strong understanding of process and change management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to build strong teams and develop effective processes.
  • Extensive knowledge of KPI tracking and P&L management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and financial processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
