We are seeking a Site Manager for immediate hire in Manteno, Illinois. Oversees daily operations in fleet rental, fleet maintenance, tool sales and warehousing activities. This is a satellite location for a rapidly growing team and expanding business.

Duties:

• Overseeing truck/equipment availability, inventory and supplies.
• Supervises and provides technical guidance to a team of mechanics and warehouse staff.
• Coordinates daily operations, including receiving work orders, scheduling tasks, and allocating resources effectively.
• Ensures that projects and repairs are completed within the defined timelines, while meeting quality standards.
• Monitors inventory levels of spare parts and consumables and coordinates timely procurement to avoid disruptions.
• Diagnose and repair heavy duty trucks – engine components, suspension, A/C, transmission, electrical, differential, and hydraulic systems/components.
• Coordinates repairs or maintenance activities, either in-house or by working with external vendors, to minimize downtime.

Compensation:

• $90,000 - $110,000/year to start.

Qualifications:

• Prior management, supervisor or foreman experience in diesel maintenance field.
• Proficiency with warehouse policies, procedures & systems
• Proficiency with fleet/maintenance policies, procedures & systems
