Parts Driver / Yard Technician


Pay Range: $25–$30/hour


We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Parts Driver / Yard Technician to join our team. This is more than just a driving job—it’s a hands-on, customer-focused role that keeps our operations running smoothly. You’ll deliver auto parts to repair shops, garages, and dealerships, help keep our facilities organized and clean, and ensure our equipment is always in top shape.

If you’re energetic, eager to learn, and looking to build a career in the equipment rental industry, this position is a great launching pad. Many of our team members have advanced into roles such as Driver, Mechanic, ProSales Associate, and Sales & Operations Coordinator.


What You’ll Do:

  • Pick up and deliver auto parts promptly and accurately from warehouses or suppliers to customers.
  • Load and unload deliveries for internal drivers, outside haulers, and customers.
  • Keep our yard and work areas organized, clean, and safe.
  • Maintain and clean heavy equipment, construction equipment, and other machinery.
  • Review and stage orders for outgoing deliveries.
  • Perform basic safety checks and inspections on rental equipment.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service.
  • Support team members with various operational tasks.

What You Bring:

  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel).
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive movements—stretching, twisting, bending, crouching, kneeling, and stooping for extended periods.
  • Ability to safely operate different types of vehicles and equipment.
  • English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
