This is a brand-new role created to provide critical administrative, operational, and sales enablement support. Key Responsibilities

  • Review, organize, and manage sales, vendor, and IT documents
  • Support lead generation efforts, including follow-up on new opportunities
  • Vet inbound leads and route qualified prospects to sales leadership
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and collateral preparation
  • Coordinate and help plan training programs and sales courses
  • Provide on-site operational support to sales leadership
  • Assist with administrative tasks and help improve team efficiency
  • Serve as a liaison between headquarters and sales reps across the US
  • Provide general support across a broad range of functions as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Support, Sales Coordinator, or Sales Assistant role
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems
  • Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Strong communication skills and a confident personality
  • Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks with professionalism and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Industry-specific experience not required—aptitude and initiative matter most
