Landscape Architect

Location: Tampa, Florida

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced landscape architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field, and at least 2-years of experience in the field. ​​The candidate will work directly with our senior leadership to plan, design, and manage wide-reaching projects.

Responsibilities:

●    Coordinate and manage projects from design to build while being able to fully design projects including amenity areas and arrival features

●    Design to specific codes in Florida, Texas, Oklahoma and other states in the US

●    Prepare and present project proposals to clients

●    Ability to work with subcontractors, a team of architects, engineers, builders, and other professionals to complete large-scale projects

●    Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

●    Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in landscape architecture

Qualifications:

●    Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field

●    At least 2 years of experience in the field

●    Strong design and drafting skills

●    Knowledge of real estate developments and large-scale amenities

●    Graphic design experience with CAD software and 3-D programming

●    Experience working with Land F/X software

●    Excellent communication and presentation skills

●    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

●    Strong attention to detail

●    Ability to meet deadlines

●    Ability to manage a consultant team
