We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and client focused Project Manager to join our team. This is a key client facing leadership role where you will serve as the primary bridge between our technical/creative teams and our clients. You will manage projects end to end while delivering exceptional customer service and clear, detailed communication.




Responsibilities:


  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, conducting regular one on one communications, updates, and meetings.
  • Eloquently explain and clarify project scope, progress, challenges, and deliverables to clients with sufficient detail and confidence.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the team’s workflows, technical processes, deliverables, and current workload to accurately communicate timelines, requirements, and status to clients.
  • Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams (architects, designers, drafters, and rendering specialists), translating client needs into clear direction for the team and vice versa.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Anticipate risks, proactively solve problems, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to high standards.
  • Take initiative to improve processes, client satisfaction, and project outcomes.
  • Provide strong team leadership, coordination, and support to keep internal teams aligned and motivated.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in architecture, engineering, design, construction, or a related industry.
  • Deep understanding of architectural workflows, building plans, and rendering processes (highly preferred).
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a track record of managing client relationships one on one.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, - able to explain complex technical and design details clearly to clients.
  • Highly energetic, motivated, tactical, and proactive; a natural self starter who takes initiative.
  • Smart, organized, and quick thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Must live locally in the Monroe, NY area.
