Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing & Digital Content Coordinator to manage the company’s day-to-day marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable executing across multiple channels including website updates, social media management, and marketing materials.
This is a primarily remote position with occasional in-office presence as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company website (content updates, images, basic changes)
- Oversee and execute daily social media activity (posting, scheduling, engagement)
- Create marketing materials including pamphlets, brochures, and flyers as needed
- Ensure consistency in branding across all digital and print materials
- Coordinate with internal team members to gather content and marketing needs
- Assist with basic content creation (graphics, captions, simple copywriting)
- Monitor performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and visibility
- Maintain organization of marketing assets and materials
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital content
- Experience managing social media platforms and website updates
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with occasional in-person collaboration
