A growing company is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join their finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume billing and invoicing for multiple accounts
• Reconcile statements and ensure billing accuracy
• Work closely with internal departments to maintain smooth billing cycles
• Manage billing disputes and assist with collections when needed
• Maintain organized billing records and suggest process improvements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of billing experience
• Strong Excel and QuickBooks skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Ability to work full-time in office (Monsey or Montvale)
