Furniture Dealer Account Manager

$90,000 - $110,000 plus commission bonus
Our client creates innovative, high-quality furniture solutions for learning environments and is seeking a Furniture Dealer Account Manager whose experience leans more toward relationship management than hard sales.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys growing long-term partnerships, supporting dealers and distributors, and selling customized product solutions through trust, service, and collaboration rather than transactional selling.
Responsibilities:
• Build, manage, and deepen long-term relationships with furniture dealers
• Support and grow an existing dealer network while onboarding new partners
• Act as a trusted advisor to dealers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Present products and educate dealers on new launches and updates
• Manage a portfolio of dealer accounts with hands-on, personalized support
• Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, logistics, product) to ensure seamless execution
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in account management, dealer relationships, or solution-based selling
• Prior experience selling customized products and managing dealer or distributor relationships preferred (furniture experience not required)
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-through skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license required
• Organized, proactive, and relationship-driven
