The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the company’s day to day financial operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoice payments, and inventory tracking. This role requires someone dependable and detail oriented who can maintain accurate records and help ensure smooth financial operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a small office setting. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage both bookkeeping and inventory related responsibilities are essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day bookkeeping and financial records

• Pay invoices and track company expenses

• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate accounts

• Monitor and control inventory levels

• Maintain organized financial documentation

• Support general office and administrative operations as needed


Qualifications:

• Prior bookkeeping experience required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience with reconciliations and invoice management

• Comfortable handling inventory monitoring and tracking

• Ability to work independently in a small office environment

• Strong communication and basic computer skills


Location: Lakewood, NJ

Type: Full time, in office (9–5 with flexibility)

Salary: $30–$35/hour
