A growing wholesale company is seeking an experienced] Integrator / General Manager to serve as the right hand to the owner and help lead the company through its next stage of growth. This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for coordinating Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance while ensuring the organization remains aligned, accountable, and focused on its goals.

The Integrator will be responsible for turning company priorities into clear action plans, building repeatable systems, improving team performance, and proactively identifying and resolving issues before they reach the owner. The successful candidate will bring strong business judgment, leadership ability, and a hands-on approach to operational execution.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations or general management leader who enjoys having real decision-making authority and wants to play a key role in building a scalable organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the second-in-command to the owner and help drive overall company execution

• Oversee Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance departments

• Lead weekly leadership meetings and ensure departments remain accountable to goals and priorities

• Build clear, repeatable processes and scalable operating systems

• Establish accountability across the organization and follow up on commitments

• Develop team performance through coaching, structure, and clear expectations

• Identify and resolve operational issues proactively before escalating them to the owner

• Drive operational efficiency and identify opportunities for business growth

• Translate company goals into actionable plans and measurable results

• Monitor departmental performance and ensure teams remain aligned with company objectives

• Support strategic decision-making and help execute company-wide initiatives

• Continuously improve systems, workflows, communication, and organizational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a General Manager, Integrator, Operations, or similar senior management role

• Strong, structured leadership style with excellent organizational skills

• Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable making independent decisions

• Proven success building accountability and scalable business systems

• Experience managing multiple departments or functional areas

• Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and drive execution

• Strong business judgment and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Experience with Integrator or a similar operating system preferred

• Experience in wholesale, distribution, or a related industry is a plus
