A mission-driven nonprofit is seeking a Part-Time Salesforce Assistant to support an upcoming donor outreach and data tracking campaign
This is up to 20 hours a week, flexible work hours, and a remote opportunity.
ORGANIZATION: Youth Education Nonprofit
LOCATION: Remote (candidates must be located in California, Illinois, NY, or DC for payroll purposes)
POSITION TITLE: Salesforce Assistant
SCHEDULE: Up to 20 hours. Hours can be flexible once discussed with the organization.
DURATION: Temporary - 6 weeks
Pay- $24/hr- $26/hr

This role will focus on researching and updating donor contact information, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, and assisting the team with donor data management projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable asking questions, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 1–2 years of Salesforce experience required
- Experience researching and updating donor/contact information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating with team members
- Able to ask questions, take initiative, and follow directions
- Must have access to a personal laptop
How You Will Spend Your Day:
- Research and update donor and contact information in Salesforce
- Assist with donor outreach tracking and campaign support
- Maintain accurate and organized donor records
- Track down missing or outdated donor contact details
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure data accuracy
- Support additional administrative and database projects as needed
