Minimum 5+ years of experience designing Plumbing systems.

Knowledge of REVIT and BIM

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Job Skills & Qualifications Required

•Experience with programs such as Revit

•Plumbing, Building and Energy code requirements.

•LEED standards and Energy Star standards

•Construction administration

•Perform construction site inspections to review installation of systems and provide observation reports.

•Excellent oral and written communication skills

•Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

•Punctual and able to meet deadlines.
