We’re looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer (PE) to take the lead on electrical design, quality review, and project coordination across a wide range of building and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys tackling complex systems, mentoring others, and serving as a technical resource for both clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, emergency/backup systems, and low-voltage systems.
• Review and stamp electrical drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Oversee projects from concept through construction, ensuring designs meet codes, client needs, and quality standards.
• Perform system modeling, load calculations, and equipment selection using industry-standard tools.
• Coordinate closely with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams to ensure complete and cohesive designs.
• Provide construction support through site visits, RFIs, submittal reviews, and field troubleshooting when needed.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers to grow their technical capabilities.
• Communicate directly with clients, present design concepts, and clarify project requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in building design, industrial systems, or similar environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of NEC, IBC, NFPA, and related codes/standards.
• Demonstrated experience producing and reviewing detailed electrical design packages.
• Skilled communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, or EasyPower is a plus.
