🔵 ServiceNow Admin / Support (Contract) – Remote (India)
We’re hiring a ServiceNow Admin / Support professional for a contract role supporting a UK-based engagement.
This role is 70% platform administration & BAU support and 30% light development / enhancements.
It is not a pure developer or architect position.
🔧 What you’ll do
ServiceNow Admin & Support (70%)
- Handle BAU support across Incident, Request, Problem
- Manage queues, assignments, SLAs, and escalations
- User & group management, role assignments
- Service Catalog administration & small updates
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
- Work closely with support teams to ensure SLA adherence
Light Development & Enhancements (30%)
- Configure and update Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies
- Support minor workflow and Flow Designer changes
- Fix bugs and implement small platform enhancements
- Assist with release deployments and change activities
✅ What we’re looking for
- Min 5 years of ServiceNow experience
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow ITSM administration
- Experience in production support / BAU environments
- Exposure to light development (scripts & configuration)
- Good understanding of ITIL processes

CSA certification preferred (CIS-ITSM a plus)
- Comfortable working in UK hours

Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per day (10% TDS included)
