Purchasing Manager – Fabrication & Supply Chain
Location: Northern Colorado | Work Type: On-Site | Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm (45–50 hours/week)
Pay: $65K–$85K salary + $1K–$5K quarterly bonus potential

A premier fabricator located in Northern Colorado is seeking a sharp, aggressive Purchasing Manager to lead their procurement efforts. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on negotiation, isn’t afraid to challenge vendors, and has the business acumen to reduce costs while strengthening relationships. You’ll play a key role in improving margins, controlling inventory flow, and keeping the operation competitive in a fast-paced market.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive down COGS across all materials, equipment, and supplies
- Build, manage, and renegotiate vendor relationships—never settling for “good enough”
- Monitor material pricing and market trends to stay ahead of shifts
- Collaborate with inventory and operations teams to reduce overstock and eliminate waste
- Track procurement performance using purchasing systems and Excel
- Represent the company at vendor meetings and industry events
What You Bring
- 3+ years of purchasing/procurement experience (preferably in stone fabrication, construction, or manufacturing)
- Competitive mindset—you push for results, not just relationships
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a highly organized work style
- Confidence working independently and making data-informed decisions
- Professional appearance and hygiene (you’ll be in front of vendors and occasionally public-facing)
- Comfortable in a visible role, including participation in social content and company-hosted events
