THE JOB:

The Outside Sales Parts & Service Representative plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction by selling parts and services within the Dallas, Texas territory.


  • Build and maintain customer accounts to consistently achieve sales goals
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution
  • Oversee costs, materials, and delivery schedules to meet customer expectations
  • Prepare competitive bids and negotiate contracts with confidence
  • Address customer inquiries and manage equipment installations effectively


THE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in parts and service sales, preferably within the trucking industry
  • A reputation for being trustworthy, dependable, and skilled in building lasting relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Oracle is a plus
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to align with pricing strategies
