THE JOB

This hybrid Sales & Marketing Coordinator position combines creative digital marketing with proactive inside sales. You’ll respond to inbound leads generated through the company’s website and digital campaigns, qualify them for opportunities, and actively prospect within key industries. On the marketing side, you’ll manage social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), create content in Canva, support monthly email campaigns, and contribute to broader marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads (“web hits”), while identifying additional contacts, departments, and needs.
  • Develop and execute call campaigns using customer lists, past quotes/orders, referrals, LinkedIn, and trade association networks.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Assist with email campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and performance reporting.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and update CRM records for all sales activity.
  • Collaborate with branch offices to ensure smooth handling of orders and opportunities.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Experience in marketing, inside sales, or a similar hybrid role.
  • Proficiency with Canva (or similar tools), plus Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured pipeline management.
  • Ability to balance creative marketing projects with sales prospecting and follow-up.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, environmental science/engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of environmental, engineering, or technical products.
  • Cold calling or high-volume outreach experience.
  • Technical aptitude and interest in quickly learning scientific products.

THE BENEFITS

  • Base salary of $45,000–$50,000, plus ~$10,000 annual profit share (target total compensation: $50,000–$65,000).
