It's the perfect time for them to focus on finding an Account Executive/Account Manager who focuses on new client growth in the Central California Coast and nurturing those relationships.


JOB:

As an AE/AM, you will be responsible for growing an existing book of business and creating solutions for new product opportunities and client retention. A main proponent to this role is the hunting, prospecting, and closing of brand new clients. This means a high level of research, followed by a high amount of field activity and the building of relationships within the very tight-knit wine industry.


You will cover, close new business and manage accounts in the Central California Coast Territory, specifically SLO County with occasional visits to SoCal. This means high amount of travel from Paso Robles thru Santa Barbara and a touch into Temecula. Knowledge within the wine industry is crucial for immediate ramp and success. This is a great role for someone who is humble, hungry, yet competitive but loves to build sustainable relationships in a very fun industry.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2-3+ years of B2B sales covering a large territory
  • Experience selling to wine-makers is a must
  • Experience with selling packaging services a huge plus
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Strong track record of building a big pipeline and closing strategic deals
  • Must be a hunter
  • History of farming accounts while closing new clients
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
