THE COMPANY

Our client is a growing family-owned and operated trailer and truck bed manufacturing company. Today, the organization boasts a lean assembly line process and pre-engineered bed and trailer designs. With a high volume production demand, they are still able to ensure high efficiency and quality manufacturing, helping to maintain competitive pricing. 


Due to rapid growth of the organization and the launch of a new product line, they are now seeking a driven Outside Sales professional to further develop existing relationships and expand net-new business across the United States, building strong relationships and securing new opportunities in key markets.


THE JOB

As an Outside Sales Executive, you be instrumental in driving new business development within an untapped and growing market. This person will focus on securing business primarily within the truck bed product line, with potential to sell the trailer line as well, selling into various dealerships, meeting with them on the regular basis to develop, strengthen, and maintain the relationships. This will include strategic prospecting to identify and close new business opportunities, travelling face-to-face to dealerships when needed, and attending annual tradeshows.


Ideally, this person is familiar with the trailer and truck bed manufacturing space and has a proven ability to drive new business and create results.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience, preferably within the truck bed manufacturing space
  • Demonstrated history as a results-driven, hunter-minded individual who can generate leads independently
  • Experience selling to dealerships
  • Willingness to travel to clients on an as-needed basis
